«Վիննեթ Հայաստան» կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնների ցանցը բաց է տեղական, տարածաշրջանային և ազգային մակարդակում գործող կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնների և նախաձեռնող խմբերի համար, որոնց նպատակները համընկնում են Ցանցի նպատակների հետ:

Ցանցի անդամ կարող են լինել այն տեղական, մարզային և ազգային կանանց ռեսուրս կենտրոնները և նախաձեռնող խմբերը, որոնք համապատասխանում են Ցանցի չափորոշիչներին, միացել են Ցանցի Հռչակագրին, ընդունում են Ցանցի Կանոնակարգը, իրենց գործունեությամբ նպաստում են Ցանցի նպատակների իրագործմանը:
